I want to thank you and Discovery for all you have done for Galyan's.
The classes on Time Management and Project Management have been well received
by everyone in our organization. At a time when everything we do is critical
and the ability to prioritize becomes most important in our skill toolbox,
this class has turned peoples lives around. We have had more than one
employee whose job was saved by this class and every person who has taken
the class reports improved productivity. Our goal all along in training
has been to find ways to evaluate our effectiveness and this class does
that for us. In a little over 90 days a self-assessment showed a 10% increase
in productivity and organizationl skills, and that can only improve. We
have run over 500 Managers through the program and look forward to continuing
as we add new stores and Managers. The key to anything is a system that
